In the 'Product' section of the campaign creation process, you can expand on what exactly your product is and why customers need it.

Under the subheadings "Problem Identification" "Solutions" and "Features and Uses", you can identify the gap in the market and its possible consequences, how your product/service fills this gap, what its features are, and how and why customers will use it.

Your descriptions should be easily understood by readers with no knowledge of your market, so try to avoid technical jargon.
Don't forget that there is a 100 word limit on your descriptions - keep them concise, simple and to-the-point.
