All monetary transactions are handled directly between the campaign owner and the investors, without the involvement of FundedByMe.
The FundedByMe system will send payment information - including the dedicated bank account details as well as the amount due - to all investors as soon as the campaign reaches is minimum funding goal, which is 100%.
The process starts with sending the subscription forms and payment information. The standard terms of the payment information is 5 days and transfers are made via bank-to-bank transfer.
After receiving money, entrepreneurs must send the bank statement and the subscription forms to the Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket in Sweden) in order to register the share issue. When the share issue has been confirmed, money is transferred to the company's bank account.
The whole process of fund collection might last from 2 weeks up to 1 month after the crowdfunding round has been closed.
