There shouldn't be. The terms are all laid out in the campaign's investment proposal on FundedByMe and entrepreneurs are required to notify FundedByMe of any additional terms before launching their crowdfunding round.

However, we recommend thoroughly reading over the campaign's investor proposal (as well as their financial documents and business plan) to make sure you understand the company's proposed terms, share offerings and what they mean for potential shareholders.
