In the case where you have made a transaction with FundedByMe we will retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose to fulfil with legal obligations.
As an investor who invested in a company that reached its minimum funding, we as FundedByMe, have a legal obligation to the entrepreneur to store the information in order to make sure we can fulfil the share issue, as well as help the entrepreneur will add on services such as document generation for tax reliefs to investors as well as storing information to be filed in the shareholders ledger (Aktiebok).
As an entrepreneur who had a successful campaign on FundedByMe, the information cannot be removed due to a legal obligation to the tax authorities.
